(Maintain CMMS: London) -- Maintain CMMS is a web-based computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) platform built to help engineering teams replace spreadsheets and paper records with a single, practical system.

What the platform covers:
• Work orders and technician planning
• Sites, assets, and maintenance history
• Preventive maintenance and inspections
• Parts, QR labels, and document records
• Flows for routine alerts and follow-up actions

Teams can raise and assign work orders, plan recurring maintenance by date or equipment reading, complete inspections and checklists, track spare parts, generate printable QR labels, and keep documents with the relevant asset or job. The technician workspace is designed for use on phones and tablets as well as desktops.

Flows enable teams to define simple trigger-and-action rules for routine maintenance events. A reading threshold, stock level, or planned date can create follow-up work and send the appropriate notification without relying on somebody to remember it.

“After more than 30 years in engineering, I wanted maintenance software that teams could set up and use without layers of training or surprise charges as they add people or equipment,” says John Lambert, Maintain CMMS creator. “The product focuses on the daily work engineers need to control, with clear pricing and practical automation.”

Pricing and availability

Starter costs 49 pounds per month, Standard is 99 pounds and Pro is 179 pounds. Enterprise plans start from 299 pounds per month. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Plans use flat monthly fees rather than per-user or per-asset charges. A 14-day demo is available without a payment card.
