(CPM Marketing Group: Madison, WI) -- CPM Marketing Group Inc., developer of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for health care providers, announced the launch of its Physician Relationship Management System. This is the first provider-specific system designed to assist hospitals in building and maintaining relationships with physicians. The system includes physician database construction, management, advanced real-time analytics, mapping, reporting, contact management, and performance monitoring.

“Given that 80 percent of all patient encounters are generated by physician referrals, it’s vital that hospitals understand and manage their physician relationships,” says John Hallick, president and chief executive officer of CPM Marketing Group. “We have revolutionized the concept of physician relationship management by empowering hospitals to examine the change in physician behaviors over time and correlate it to documented physician contacts and other marketing efforts. By linking the consumer database with the physician database, we present a totality of knowledge and actionable information that has never been available to providers previously.”
