(IQS: North Olmsted, OH) -- IQS announces the availability of IQS Problem Solver module that enables organizations to standardize problem solving processes with easy-to-use questioned-based reasoning software. Failure to standardize problem solving, capture reasoning, and effectively use your technical experts costs money (much more than you probably realize). The IQS Problem Solver module is designed to streamline and strengthen the problem solving process by promoting collaboration between groups of employees and suppliers striving to find true root causes and putting permanent countermeasures into place.
