Learning Lab: Health Data Analytics: Reporting and Analysis of Quality Data in Post-Acute Settings

This learning lab will discuss how to use internal and external data for building quality dashboards. Timely and pertinent examples of predictive analyses being used in post-acute settings will be shared.
Learning objectives:
1. Discuss how post acute providers in the shift to demonstrate value, can show how they are good partners in the continuum of care by using data to benchmark their performance.
2. Identify about what data from post acute providers can be useful in evaluating the performance of an organization.
3. Describe how post acute providers build the infrastructure to report their performance to acute care settings.
