While most standards are helpful, they can be considered only minimum requirements. Dr. W. Edward Deming, the architect of Japanese fame to quality used to emphasize the theory of profound knowledge emphasizing the role of management in appreciation of the system. Risk management is about appreciating the complexities of the system in producing defect-free products and fixing the defects before they actually happen. Understanding how new risks are constantly happening before they happen, and preventing them by design is the key. There has to be an independent eye and knowledge of other industries for monitoring the risk analysis and risk management process to develop innovative solutions. 

This two day seminar-workshop format will focus on hands on using elegant methods used in variety of industries that aim at preventing the risks proactively at little or no cost. Several success case histories and workshops will emphasize deep understanding of the risk analysis process and tools.
