Brady/TISCOR recently released Medi-Mizer 12, an enhanced version of its biomedical equipment management software. The new software features a special emphasis on plant engineering and maintenance inspections at health care facilities. Used with mobile hand-held computers and bare code technology or as stand-alone PC software, the system replaces handwritten log sheets, increasing accuracy and efficiency to better comply with Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations guidelines.
Medi-Mizer 12 incorporates user requests for expanding the capabilities of the program to include additional plant engineering features, such as the ability to schedule inspections on any type of medical equipment or area at any interval and quickly create work orders for almost any plant engineering task.
