(Visual Workplace: Byron, MI) -- Visual Workplace Inc. has introduced Visual Management Layered Learning Modules. This web-based visual management solution consists of six core training modules that include weekly activities and assignments that help participants to learn and carry research-based principles and answers into the workplace to reduce waste and continually improve processes. The cost of each module is about the same as purchasing a continuous improvement book.

“The Layered Learning Model has been successfully implemented in a wide range of industries because it has proven to be an effective training solution that takes just 15 to 20 minutes per week and offers built-in reinforcement and tracking,” says Rhonda Kovera, the CEO at Visual Workplace. “The model eliminates travel-related training expenses and is extremely effective for reaching a distributed workforce. The cumulative effect of layering skills over time is significant and managers who have used the model have told us that the process is not cumbersome or burdensome, and that a whole new set of tools shows up in their toolbox almost seamlessly.”
