Webinar: Key Changes in ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 Standards, Including AS9100, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and ISO 13485 Sector Standards

Date and time: Nov. 16, 2023, 11:00 a.m. Eastern / 8 a.m. Pacific

Speakers: Chad Kymal, Martin Hettwer, Michael Checketts

The ISO 9000, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards changes by the TC 176 and TC 207 are in full swing. The ISO 9001 design document and ISO 14001 working draft were recently voted on by TC 176 and TC 207. Both of these standards form the basis of the changes that will directly change many other standards, including AS9100, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and ISO 13485. One of the sector standards is already revised and will be released before the ISO 9001 revision, one standard will wait until ISO 9001 is revised, and another will not change at all.

Join Omnex for this 90-minute webinar to understand the highlights, timing, key changes planned for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other key sector standards being updated with these changes. This webinar will be presented by Chad Kymal, CTO of Omnex, who is a member of the technical committees TC 176 and TC 207. Chad is also active in all the three sector standards. He will be joined by Martin Hettwer, managing director of Omnex Europe, and Michael Checketts, Omnex’s representative in the Medical Device U.S. TAG 210.

Webinar: APQP/NPD All-in-One—Paperless Using Enterprise Software Solution

Date and time: Nov. 30, 2023, 11:00 a.m. Eastern / 8:00 a.m. Pacific

We all know how difficult it is to keep control of multiple activities and resources to end up having a safe and robust APQP/NPD process. New product development has always been a challenge for almost all organizations and their resources. A few critical challenges identified by new-product development teams include:
• Not having access in one place and in real time to all APQP/NPD projects and programs, nor their KPIs
• Not being able to quickly identify pending activities, which leads teams to spend an oppressive amount of time searching
• Not having visibility on all projects and their deliverables so team members were stressed with the urgency of their deadlines
• Not being able to keep the input and output documents of their deliverables under one umbrella
• Not being able to support projects using mobility; many times teams are traveling, and their handy device is their phone, not their PC

Join Omnex to understand how a comprehensive and completely digitalized NPD/APQP platform will allow organizations to manage their APQP projects and programs effectively to provide the following:
• Overall KPIs and statistics (planned vs. actual, project and program completion percentage, number of risk items), dashboards, and reports
• Digitalized NPD/APQP planning and completion using an all-in-one platform for projects, input and output documents, design and process documents, and PPAPs
• Programs/projects distribution center ready to be accessed by multiple teams and sites around the globe
• Real-time project tracking and the ability to have available automatic reminders and escalation services incorporated into the software, free of charge
• Unlimited possibilities to import Excel spreadsheets and/or other documents
• Mobility using phones, tablets, and other portable devices, even without an internet connection; one platform for all APQP/new product development programs
