(Frost & Sullivan: Palo Alto, California) -- Frost & Sullivan recently presented its 2007 Award for Customer Value Leadership of the Year to Minitab Inc.

Through its solution offerings, Minitab has been able to aid its customers in optimally using its resources and deriving maximum profit.

“Minitab’s core product is its statistical software, and it has also demonstrated a high level of competence in offering related products, training, and guidance-based services that play an important role in boosting the value proposition it offers its customers,” says Sashankh Kale, Frost & Sullivan research analyst. “The company has over the years displayed a commitment to offer something extra along with its solution package, thus gaining significantly in terms of obtaining repeat business and loyalty from customers.”

According to Frost & Sullivan, Minitab packages have helped customers achieve a greater degree of standardization in their quality improvement projects, which in turn has made these projects easy to supervise and manage. This has minimized the amount of resources required to complete individual projects and saved companies time and money at the overall project level.
