Lean Six Sigma Service Excellence

The program provides a quality principles overview, in-depth instruction in management-by-fact, along with a structured performance improvement methodology and use of the Six Sigma tools utilized in more than 80 percent of Six Sigma improvement efforts. Performance Management
The Performance Management Balanced Scorecard Certification program is a rigorous five-day workshop that offers a step-by-step method for strategy and performance management. The course helps you master a focus on the future through the art of formulating successful strategies and translating those strategies into performance measures and targets. Learn the value of designing and deploying quality and performance metrics, the benefits of systematically measuring operational performance, best practices in performance measurement, measurement-system development and reporting, and how to design the right metrics that are important to executive leadership.
Leader as Coach is a one-day seminar and workshop that promotes the value of positive reinforcement and how it helps managers coach even the most difficult employees to do their best. The program gives managers the leading theories of motivation with practical techniques to evaluate, motivate, and elevate employee performance.
