(Sologic: Midland, MI) -- The ASQ Learning Institute now offers Sologic’s eRCA Fundamentals, a new root cause analysis e-learning curriculum that builds foundational root cause analysis (RCA) problem-solving skills, was designed by an award-winning e-learning development firm, and is SCORM- and AICC-compliant.

ASQ previously offered the former version of the course, eRCA Foundations, when Sologic was known as Apollo Associated Services. eRCA Fundamentals can be purchased through the ASQ Learning Institute here. To view a demo of eRCA Fundamentals, click here.

By teaching the basic principles of cause and effect, and how they are applied, Sologic’s eRCA  fundamentals prepares students to participate in RCA analyses and investigations, work more effectively with RCA leaders and colleagues, and play a valuable role in their organization’s RCA program. It’s also ideal for “refresher” training, or “just-in-time” training—when events need attention, and there’s no time to wait for classroom instruction.
