Study Identifies Pharmaceutical Launch Best Practices

A recent benchmarking study examines best practices in pharmaceutical launches, and includes case studies and insights from some of the industry’s biggest companies.The study, performed by Best Practices LLC, includes best practices from Merck & Co., Eli Lilly & Co., Wyeth, GlaxoSmithKline Inc., Novartis, Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca. “Best Practices in Global Pharmaceutical Launches” includes:

The leading practices, managerial insights and benchmark metrics in the report are drawn from in-depth surveys and interviews with more than 26 executives at leading pharmaceutical companies.
