Description
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt workshop teaches participants how to be effective project team members as well as how to be team leaders. Lean Six Sigma Green Belts dramatically increase their problem solving efficiency. They apply their knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve the overall capability of the professional employee population, resulting in efficient solutions to problem solving activities and process optimizations. To be a Juran-certified Green Belt, candidates must successfully complete an improvement project approved by the Juran Instructor. A Green Belt project should result in at least $50,000 of financial impact. Juran’s blend of online learning and live webinar training contains self-paced instructional modules, as well as reading assignments designed to reinforce what has been learned in the module.
