Web Cast: “Lean Six Sigma Beyond Process Maps—Delving Into the Cultural Impacts at EMC”

James Pearson, former vice president of Six Sigma at EMC Corp., to be featured in Feb. 9 session.

(PowerSteering Software: Cambridge, MA) – PowerSteering Software will host a new web cast on Tuesday, Feb. 9, at 11:30 a.m. EST.

The free, one hour session, “Lean Six Sigma Beyond Process Maps,” will be presented by James Pearson, a former vice president of EMC Corp. and past recipient of WCBF’s Six Sigma Vice President of the Year.

The web cast will reveal how EMC's thoughtful consideration of the cultural, analytical, and financial requirements helped ensure a successful deployment of lean Six Sigma and its program management system.
