The new version is a fully integrated, web-based solution offering a record number of enhancements to strengthen its functionality, usability, and overall risk, compliance, and quality management capabilities.

Several new capabilities support the platform’s ease of use and “speed to task, including” enhanced support for audits, regulatory reporting, document control, and training management.

Among the customer-inspired enhancements, a predefined Saved Search is configurable to enter any value dynamically to bring data to the user. SmartSolve’s fully configurable portal page has the ability to add directional icons and configurable quick searches to provide access to infrequent users to initiate a record, or easily find an existing record to work through any business process, giving infrequent users the confidence to navigate an enterprise system.

Pilgrim’s core solutions also now allow users more control in managing their compliance and quality process experiences. Pilgrim’s Audit Management solution simplifies, directs, and enhances the auditee’s response experience through the system, and SmartPulse provides risk-based analysis to help auditors schedule their highest risk areas. The Complaints Management solution continues to support the latest regulatory requirements being defined across international regulatory bodies. The introduction of a full hierarchical search mechanism for new-event problem codes from the Food and Drug Administration Center for Devices and Radiological Health (FDA CDRH), and usability enhancements from electronic medical device report (eMDR) users, allows users to create European Union Medical Device Vigilance (MDV) system reports and generate eMDV xml files.

The enhanced Document Management solution supports a managers “speed to task” need by offering a single click to review and “approve” documents. The Training and Certification Management solution continues to be enhanced for infrequent trainee users, who now have an intuitive step-by-step flow to navigate to their Certification Sign-Off.
