It helps auditors learn new ideas and concepts to help them improve such as what makes process auditing different from compliance auditing and how to diagram a process using commonly used tools and why these diagrams help. (Simulated audits have been taped to help support the learning experience.)

Audit Planning. In this 30-minute DVD video training session, you’ll learn commonly used audit terms and how they are defined by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), as well as what makes an audit plan effective and how to develop an effective audit plan. It helps management understand why an audit plan is important and how an effective audit plan will help you to achieve results that will help. (It also includes role playing video simulations and more training aides.)
