(APQC: Houston) -- Quality is a key concern for many organizations as they return to the business of doing business. In many instances this means recalibrating how to effectively measure quality for their organization. Beginning in June 2011 with a kickoff meeting, followed by site visits in July and August, and culminating in a knowledge transfer session in September, participating organizations will be able to identify quality-measurement process owners and gatekeepers, and learn the roles and responsibilities assigned to them.
