(RAM: Rochester, NY) -- The Sprint CNC 400, from RAM Optical Instrumentation Inc. (RAM), is a fully automatic dimensional measurement system with tightly integrated rack and pinion Z slide and compound XY stage with precision mechanical bearing, DC servo motor drives, zoom optics, all-LED illumination, 24 in. × 18 in. XY travel, and optional 6 in. or 12 in. Z travel capacity. The optional Z travel makes Sprint CNC 400 the ideal tool for automatic measurement of large parts and batches of small parts.
Sprint CNC 400 rigid, mechanical bearing XYZ stages with 0.000020 in. linear scales mounted to a solid granite base ensures system repeatability and reproducibility. Its precision zoom lens can magnify from 35X to greater than 750X with optional tubes and add-on lenses. The patented VectorLight provides optimal image quality.
The eBx metrology software allows every user to select the user interface they are most comfortable with from the three interfaces available.
