(Werth Messtechnik GmbH: Old Saybrook, CT) -- With the newly developed ScopeCheck MB Werth Messtechnik GmbH presents a multisensor coordinate measuring machine for the precise measurement of large-volume components in the shop-floor environment.
The measuring range of this series is up to 800 mm in the X-axis and 2,000 mm in the Y-axis. 3-D workpieces with high point density can be scanned very quickly with the new Werth Laser Line Probe. Measurement of functional dimensions with tactile, image processing technology, or laser sensors is possible by integrating the Werth multisensor concept. Free form surfaces are quickly and completely measured with the Laser Line Probe sensor in the same coordinate system.
The WinWerth Measuring Software ensures efficient and simple operation of the machine. The ergonomic graphic user interface makes this intuitively easy.
Due to the modular construction principle, the measuring machine can be easily modified for future requirements after the initial installation.
