(AQHA: Washington, D.C.) -- The annual American Quality Health Association meeting will be held in San Francisco, California, Feb. 26–28, 2008. National health care leaders from quality improvement organizations, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and other public and private health care organizations will offer presentations on such cutting edge topics as pay-for-performance, transparency, prevention, patient safety, and health information technology.

Presenters will also share best practices in a peer-to-peer setting regarding such topics as reducing health disparities and how to best prepare for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) 9th Statement of Work.
