Educational organizations proved capable of implementing Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria for Performance Excellence, as
three of the five 2001 Baldrige Award winners were schools and school districts. But now that representatives of educational groups have been shown that Baldrige quality concepts can successfully be
