“Girl Scouts Offer New Badges for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math”
The Girl Scouts of the USA are now offering their members the chance to earn 23 new badges—the largest addition of badges in more than a decade—in areas that encompass STEM education. It’s all intended to break down the barriers preventing young girls from learning about the various opportunities for careers in science, technology, engineering, and math.
