Mark Ames is president of AQS Management Systems Inc., a Minneapolis-based company that provides consulting, auditor training, coaching, and project assistance in support of organizational improvement in the areas of food safety, environmental, quality, and occupational health and safety, and aerospace; and for implementation of international management system standards. Ames has a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology and a master’s degree in manufacturing systems engineering.
