Kenneth C. Levine teaches quality management, operations management and business analysis in the Department of Managerial Sciences at Georgia State University. He retired from The Coca-Cola Co. in 2000, where he was director of continuous improvement for three years. He’s a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a certified purchasing manager.
