Aditya Bhalla is the practice manager for Innovation Practice at QAI Global Services and working on expanding the service delivery capabilities for the practice.
Bhalla has a cross-functional work experience of over 12 years in the areas of process improvement, process and product design, and project management using principles and practices of innovation, lean, and Six Sigma.

Bhalla has facilitated over 200 projects spanning different industry segments and has trained more than 1,000 people on areas related to innovation, lean, and Six sigma.
He is the author of several articles on topics related to innovation, lean, and Six Sigma, that have been published in magazines such as ASQ Quality Progress, ASQ Six Sigma Forum, Altshuller Institute, TRIZ Journal, IDG Outsourcing and OUTSOURCING and is on the book review panel of Pearson Vue (owners of Addison Wesley, Penguin brands).
Aditya is President of TRIZ Association of Asia and is one of the two in South Asia to be Certified MATRIZ Level 3, ITRIZ-IPS, AFD trainer and authorized by MATRIZ (International Association of TRIZ) to certify others on MATRIZ Level 1. He is full member of American Society of Quality (ASQ) and member of Altshuller Institute, USA.
