My company is using the following sampling table based on Nicholas Sequigla's Zero Acceptance Number Sampling Plan:

We are utilizing precontrol for a "continous" process. This process is a one shift operation. Per precontrol rules I have seen 5 samples are needed to start up. Is this necessary for a steady state process that operates at >1.00 or >1.33 Ppk? Would it be acceptable to do 2 samples at start up instead? If so, why as I need to explain statistically to a customer.

How do we do real time SPC on process data like temperature, pressure etc... any references or case studies available? Since these data are autocorrelated, the independence assumption is violated. Also the data can be drifting so that it is not stationary..how you deal with it?
Why Does ISO 9000 Emphasis On Document Control?
Think of the Document Control Procedure as ‘evidence’ that an established process or procedure was adhered to in order to satisfy customer requirements. Both Registrars and Internal Auditors will always focus on the quality, continuity and flow of documentation; inconsistencies in this flow of information will indicate a problem and generate a non-conformance.
It is vital that your organization implements and maintains a robust document and record management system pursuant to Clause 4.2. of ISO 9001:2008.

Thank you,
Doug Wells
