Our Annual management review meeting (MRM) is coming up for ISO 9001. Im only 23 so I'm still fairly new to the corporate world and I am the ISO Administrator for our company and have been for 3 years but this is my first year to do it completely alone. For the past couple years a person has been mentoring me. This is my ONE CHANCE to prove myself and prove I can do this job to Top Management, so I am looking for tips & ideas on how other companies do their MRM's. Do you use power point for the presentation and if so what information do you present? Do you use charts/graphs?
WHAT IS TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM)? DOES GOVERNMENT & PRIVATE COMPANIES NEED IT?
In the past, the AISC (Structural Steel Construction governing body) did NOT accept bolt holes that were THERMALLY CUT (plasma or oxy-fuel), only drilled by carbide tools. 2011 is a crucial year for all actors in the European toy industry. Have you movved from AS9100 Rev B to AS9100 Rev C? If so, did you use canned package for the Manual, procedures and Audit questions? Did you like the package you used? I'm looking for a package to help me move from Rev B to Rev C and I would like some input.
Since RoHS 2 is absolutely new to me, I've done a little research on this directive. That's what I've found.
