Ascent Healthcare Solutions Inc. wants to ensure effective management of customer complaints and CAPA.

Ascent will deploy TrackWise software specifically to manage key quality processes, including customer complaints and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Previously, Ascent had relied on a paper-based model to track and report on all incoming customer complaints. Upon implementation of Sparta Systems’ TrackWise solution, Ascent expects timelier and more accurate reporting of complaints in compliance with industry standards, as well as greater control of other global manufacturing processes. Once deployed, the company plans to extend its use of TrackWise software to manage additional aspects of the quality operation, including training, audits, and document control.
