(InfinityQS: Chantilly, VA) -- InfinityQS announced the release of Dynamic Scheduler, a new software tool that meets food and beverage manufacturers’ demand for efficient, low-cost methods of complying with the testing requirements of hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP), and a wide range of internal, industry, and government regulations such as FSIS, USDA, FDA, and HHS.
InfinityQS, a provider of manufacturing quality control software, developed Dynamic Scheduler to manage scheduled food quality checks and dynamically adjust to workflow changes in real time. The application pushes quality data into the industry-leading real-time statistical process control (SPC) system, ProFicient 4. The local computer does not require an active ProFicient license for Dynamic Scheduler to run.
Dynamic Scheduler interfaces with shop floor operators as a countdown to upcoming quality checks. If a quality check is missed or reveals process irregularities, the system adjusts workflow requirements in conjunction with changes in the process state (i.e., idle, down, normal, heightened) and notifies relevant parties.
“Dynamic Scheduler is one of the software tools that gives us confidence that quality will continue to be the cornerstone of Shearer’s business,” says Scott Heldreth, COO at Shearer’s Foods. “Dynamic Scheduler lets us build in triggers that keep the timing and consistency of our pre- and post-production quality checks 100-percent on track.”
“InfinityQS is committed to enhancing our customers’ abilities to use real-time quality control to not only meet but to exceed standards for food safety and quality,” says Michael A. Lyle, president and CEO of InfinityQS. “Dynamic Scheduler takes the guesswork out of the equation by monitoring scheduled quality checks and automatically notifying key personnel of process state changes and the subsequent corrective actions.”
