The Honda Lean Network consists of Honda suppliers, who aim to provide training opportunities for fellow lean organizations. The portal created by MoreSteam.com houses membership information, conference presentations, and a schedule of upcoming events. With the help of MoreSteam.com, the members of the Honda Lean Network have created a single hub for all information, materials, schedules, and contacts, which in turn supports each member’s successful lean deployments. Duplicate systems, time spent pursuing multiple sources, and other forms of muda are eliminated through the adoption of this network portal.
