The QualiBrineller is an advanced load cell type Brinell hardness tester applying loads from 62.5 kgf to 3,000 kgf. The rugged design makes the tester suitable for production/shop environments as well as lab settings. The QualiBrineller is available with or without the QualiScope II digital Brinell microscope with automatic image analysis software.
The closed-loop load cell application of the test load is designed to ensure that the tester applies the correct load throughout the test cycle. This unique technology ensures that the hardness reading is correct even if the test component flexed or was bent during the load application.
The QualiBrineller is available in an advanced version, the QualiBrineller QS, which features a built-in QualiScope II Brinell microscope and advanced image analysis software. The built-in Brinell microscope system with video scanning head and built-in light source (LED and laser), is designed to make Brinell testing faster and more accurate. The system eliminates operator influence in analyzing the size of the Brinell indentations and saves valuable operator time. The Windows-based fully automatic image analysis software can be installed on all modern computers and allows you to export your test results to analytical software and to Microsoft Excel.
The available load range starts at 62.5 kgf and goes up to the maximum applied test load of 3,000 kgf. The tester is supplied with all accessories needed to conduct all available Brinell tests in the applicable load range. Another unique feature of the QualiBrineller is the operator-friendly, large LCD screen that not only makes the tester very easy to use, but also guides the operator to which Brinell method is the most suitable for the material to be tested.
