Thurs., April 5, 2012: In “Transforming Management Requires Establishing a New Goal: Delighting the Customer,” leadership and management consultant and author Steve Denning introduces managers to the new bottom line of business: customer delight.

Wed., April 11, 2012: In “Transforming Management Requires Addressing Internal and External Demands,” University of Southern California professors and authors Ed Lawler and Chris Worley help managers understand how to drive value by addressing both internal practices, such as strategy creation, governance, organization design, and rewards systems, as well as external demands—the triple bottom line.

Wed., April 18, 2012: In “Transforming Management Requires Manager Development,” Towers-Watson consultants and authors Thomas Davenport and Stephen Harding introduce managers to a seven-step process that will improve their effectiveness so they can become a source of competitive advantage for their organization.

Thurs., April 26, 2012: Free bonus session—all six presenters join together for a roundtable discussion and Q&A on “How Management Can Drive Organizational Value.”
