About Thor Muller and Lane Becker
Thor Muller and Lane Becker are co-founders of Get Satisfaction, a community platform with more than 100,000 clients that lets companies participate in an ongoing online conversation with their customers.
Muller started out as a first-generation web entrepreneur, creating success stories for Yahoo!, Dell, Bank of America, Intel, Virgin Records, and more. Muller also started one of the world’s first web design agencies in 1995, later acquired by Frog Design.
Lane Becker has been working on the web since it began, from setting up websites at his university in 1994 to co-founding Adaptive Path, the world’s first user experience design firm. Lane is also an advisor to Freestyle.vc, an early-stage Internet venture capital fund.
