(Pilgrim Software: Tampa, FL) -- Pilgrim Software, a global provider of enterprise compliance and quality management (ECQM) software solutions, recently announced that Fusion 8, its 2010 global user conference, will be held November 7–10, 2010, at the Innisbrook Resort & Golf Club in Palm Harbor, Florida.
“Fusion 8: Shifting Quality into High Gear,” expected to be Pilgrim’s most educationally diverse conference to date, will bring in experts, users, and guests from across North America, Europe, and Asia to discuss industry best practices, share success stories, and learn more about their Pilgrim quality solutions. The event also will feature guest speakers from various industries, including the manufacturing and life sciences sectors, who will share their industry and subject matter expertise with attendees. In addition, Pilgrim’s business partners will highlight their products and services and how they extend the business value of Pilgrim’s solution.
“We look forward to presenting our customers with an impressive roster of speakers and topics for Fusion 8,” says Nikki Willett, Pilgrim’s vice president of marketing and regulatory affairs. “The 2010 agenda will feature a global representation of leading compliance and quality industry experts to help our customers learn how they can drive quality at every turn and shift their business success from neutral to overdrive.”
Fusion 8 will offer a wide range of educational opportunities for attendees. Learning sessions are geared to appeal to users, and technical and executive-level attendees. The Fusion 8 user lab will provide hands-on training and mini-workshops. Special interest group meetings will enable attendees to meet with other customers in small, interactive groups to discuss their processes, share their best practices, and provide input into future product direction.
“As our seven previous Fusion conferences have proven, the most successful user gatherings are driven by active customer participation,” says Prashanth Rajendran, Pilgrim’s chief operating officer. “We look forward to facilitating an exciting agenda that will encourage the attendees to exchange ideas freely and also enable them to learn directly from their industry and cross-industry peers. We fully expect to have an atmosphere in which they’ll discover new ideas, techniques, and best practices at Fusion 8.”
“Collaboration between our customers has always made Fusion a success,” Willett says. “Pilgrim customers and partners have significant stories to share; and Fusion provides an enjoyable forum for learning what other organizations have done to keep quality on track and help them accomplish their business objectives.”
Details on the 2010 conference, including automated abstract submission and registration information, will be available soon. In the meantime, visit the Pilgrim web site (www.pilgrimsoftware.com) and click on the Fusion 8 banner link for a preliminary overview of the conference.
