CSCMP Releases Online Global Resource Directory

Includes global supply chain management consultants an listings of their services.

(CSCMP: Lombard, IL) -- The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) has released its new online Resource Directory which includes a comprehensive section on global supply chain management consultants and a listing of their services.

The directory is available on CSCMP’s web site at http://cscmp.org/resources/resource-directory.asp.

Available to CSCMP members and nonmembers, the Resource Directory allows individuals to search for consultants at no cost to them based on their areas of expertise (i.e., customer service, equipment handling, forecasting), industry expertise (i.e., 3PL, finance, health care), consulting areas of skill (i.e., engineering, labor management, marketing), as well as global locations of expertise. Searches can be customized to fit industry-specific needs.

Consulting firms may list their organizations in the directory for a $250 annual fee.

“This new directory is not only an outstanding value for companies looking to market their services, it also assists those that are seeking consulting experts,” says Janine Stuck, CSCMP’s director of member services and information services. “One of CSCMP’s goals is to provide supply chain management professionals with the resources they need to help them run their businesses more efficiently. The online Resource Directory makes it easy for them to research and hire the perfect supply chain consultants for their projects.”
