Event: Coordinate Metrology Systems Conference (CMSC)

Four days of seminars, workshops, and technical presentations

(CMSC: Benbrook, TX) -- Join the Coordinate Metrology Society in Reno, July 12–16, at the spacious Grand Sierra Resort for the 26th annual Coordinate Metrology Systems Conference (CMSC).

Rather than focusing on sales, as do most trade shows, this unique event for 3-D coordinate metrology focuses on  technical education, yet showcases the latest in cutting-edge portable coordinate metrology systems, software, and supporting hardware throughout 30,000 square feet of exhibition space. These metrology systems include:

  • Traditional CMMs
  • Articulating arms
  • Electronic theodolites
  • Laser projection
  • Laser trackers
  • Laser radar
  • Laser scanners
  • Photogrammetry
  • Videogrammetry

Why attend?

CMSC is an international group of close-tolerance industrial measurement specialists, manufacturers, and developers of alignment systems, targeting hardware, portable coordinate measurement machines (PCMMs), electronic theodolites, laser projection systems, laser radar, laser trackers, photogrammetry/videogrammetry systems, and metrology software. No other conference or seminar in the country focuses specifically on 3-D coordinate metrology.

For the conference agenda, visit www.cmsc.org/agenda.

Register online today. Your registration fee includes annual membership to the Coordinate Metrology Society and full access to all CMSC activities. including technical presentations, workshops, seminars, user-group meetings, and social activities. But the greatest benefit of the conference may be the opportunity to network with and learn from your peers.

For more information on the CMSC plus tour and recreation information (e.g., multiple social events in which to interact and network with the “Who’s Who” of the metrology world), visit www.cmsc.org/cmsc-attendee-information.

CMSC

Founded in 1984, the Coordinate Metrology Society (CMS)—presenter of the Coordinate Metrology Systems Conference (CMSC)—is a large society of users, service providers, and OEM manufacturers of close tolerance, industrial coordinate measurement systems, software and peripherals. These metrology systems include traditional CMMs, electronic theodolites, laser projection systems, laser trackers, laser radar, photogrammetry and videogrammetry systems, scanning devices, and articulating arms. The society assembles at the CMSC to learn about advancements in use or development of any measurement system or software that produce, utilize, and analyze 3-D coordinate data.
