(WCBF: Las Vegas) -- WCBF will host the Seventh Annual Six Sigma and Process Improvement in Healthcare Summit in Las Vegas, April 1–4, 2008. The focus will be on lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies within the health care system.  The summit will feature nine presummit workshops and four postsummit workshops. The agenda is split into three categories covering different themes catering to the specific needs of beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners.

Keynote speakers include Tomas Gonzalez, vice president of quality initiatives at Valley Baptist Health System; Mary Reich Cooper, vice president and chief quality officer for Lifespan Corp.; and Bob King, CEO of GOAL/QPC.
