Based on the recently published book by Kathleen J. Goonan, MD; Joseph A. Muzikowski; and Patricia K. Stoltz, Journey to Excellence: How Baldrige Health Care Leaders Succeed, First Edition (ASQ Quality Press, 2009) the free series is offered via the web by the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

The first webinar, Journey to Excellence: Leadership, will take place Thursday, June 25 at 2 p.m. CST. The book Journey to Excellence: How Baldrige Health Care Leaders Succeed is based on several years’ study of the nine Baldrige Award winners from health care.
