Process Improvement Summit for Bio/Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices

(CBI: Woburn, Massachusetts) -- The Center for Business Intelligence will hold the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Process Improvement Summit for Bio/Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices on Jan. 24-25, 2008 in Philadelphia.

This conference focuses on industry-specific tools and techniques available for QA/QC personnel to analyze current procedures and documentation protocols to enhance their regulatory compliance.

Through a combination of interactive sessions and workshops, this event analyses the historical elements of the quality systems and investigates the opportunities to improve efficiencies and ultimately meet the goal of International Conference on Harmonisation Pharmeceutical Quality Systems (ICH Q10) initiative for overall process improvement for quality systems.

The summit will feature three benchmarking roundtable sessions:
•   “Opportunities for Process Improvement in the Clinical and Laboratory Environments”
•   “How to Engage Management for Quality Systems Process Improvement”
•   “Effective Process Performance and Product Quality Monitoring”

A preconference workshop on day one will focus on how to conduct a gap analysis for compliance with the Food and Drug Administration quality system guideline and ICH Q10

The event will also feature the presentation of case examples presented by leading experts, and provide many opportunities for networking.
