I have some concerns about the C=0 sampling plans advocated by N. Squeglia. (To be honest, I haven't referenced his book). I understand how to use the table(s) to locate the sample size for any given lot size and AQL. However, it seems to me that these plans are not "Producer" friendly as lot sizes increase.
As the lot size I ship increases, the probability of a customer rejecting a lot of a given AQL also increases, since the sample size gets larger while the accept number remains at 0. I would appreciate any thoughts or insights on this topic that anyone can offer.
