I am investigating the availability of SPC software for the production floor. We are a producer of injection molded plastic parts, with multiple tools that run the same part numbers, with multiple cavities in each tool. We have networked PCs available on the floor, and therefore, we are interested in computer workstation based solutions, and not as interested in the portable data collectors.

The software we are looking for needs to have excellent analytical abilities, and vet be easy enough to run to be used by press operators. I know many of you have been through this already, and I am asking you for your recommendations. We will only get 1 chance to do this right, as we are a medium sized molder, with limited funds.
