I know only a little about SPC used in a different context. I'm interested in using SPC or other charting techniques in the laboratory. We do SPC charting of the anlytical results to see if they are withing acceptable variation.

I'm interested in something a little different. I'm interested in charting individual performance when doing those tests. I'd like to chart the percentage of times that the individual performs a test with a result that is within acceptable range. This would be a measure of their techique.

I'm also interested in possibly also keeping track of the time it takes to perform a test and charting how long it takes to perform the test or ideally integrating the performance within range charting to also incorporating within a time range.
