Good day

My company has recently started using a strict interpretation of 80/20 to guide improvement in processes, the way we inventory, the way we treat our customers & suppliers, etc. This is being used primarily to the exclusion of all other improvement methodologies. Has anyone else tried this? Did you have any problems that developed after time had passed? Was it a success?
