This is slightly off topic ... but ... I'm seeking a course in process creation, management, and improvement. Mainly I'm responsible for creating processes for Software development and customer service.

Probably not looking to spend over $1K and course would have to be offered within US - preferably East Coast. Online would be great!

So ... know of anything?

As a start I would recommend searching the internet. If you are looking for texts, Quality Press at www.asq.org is a good bet, or if you are looking for how to write a (ISO 9001) manual you can do worse than purchase my book from Quality Press, ISO 9001:2000, A Practical Quality Manual Explained, which will give you the full text of an ISO compliant manual.
