For a given drug manufactured batch test, the batch can meet requirements at stage 1 or stage 2. If it does not meet requirements at stage 1, a larger sample is collected and stage 2 testing is performed. If the test results at stage 2 meet requirements, the batch is released at stage 2.
I want to trend passing at stage 1 and stage 2 to establish natural control limits for the percentage of batches that pass at stage 2.
That way I would be able to distinguish when passing at stage 2 that I am outside the limits and the process is performing differently. How do I do that? What do I chart? What kind of chart?
