I have a debut going on about Gage R&R studies with our suppliers. Because our suppliers typically use the same measuring equipment as we do, I feel we should use appraisers from both their company along with mine in the same gage R&R study. One of my suppliers feels that if they perform the study themselves, that should be good enough. I say we could be far apart from each other and not know it that way. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
