Quality Digest

A 2 part question:
1) are documents (Drawings, Product Bulletins, Instruction Manuals,etc.) shown on a company web site, considered Controlled Documents" per your QMS?
2) If not, what is your auditor's view of this and if so, do you use formal Approvals and Distribution of these docuemnts?
