Is it possible to get a copy of the Table of Contents of the TL 9000 requirements and the measurement requirements without actually purchasing the handbooks? I am looking for information at this point and do not want to purchase the handbooks until I am sure they will be applicable.

I have been using a system developed by JK Technologies for the past 4 years to manage the audit function within an AS9100 certified organization. I suggest you take a look at their website JKT9000.com for demos and information on this and other software modules for various compliance management needs.

For simplistic data collection, storage and graphing I use Microsoft Access combined with Excel. For a tool that includes control charts and is relatively inexpensive ... I'd like to know what you find!
