Our organization is not having R&D department, to put it in other words it is not of much use to us at this stage. Second thing is our customer does not demand ISO systems in the place. We manufacture garments and are involved in 100% exports, my first question is which ISO system is applicable to us.

But what interests me is the requirement of STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES, in this purview though we would like to undergo ISO implementation but not for the reason of getting certified, or so. I would like to know if we can do the implementation on our own, and if so what available references / books / implementation guides will help me.. if not what investement will it take to implement ISO at our place.
