I have my own opinions and philosophy on this subject, but wanted to see what some of you think.
How important do you consider it is that employees know the organization's quality policy?
What would you think if your 3rd party registrar's assessor asked several employees what the quality policy was, none of them knew it, and the assessor said "OK no problem"?
